I often wonder what other people eats. And by often I mean all the time. I see someone stick slim and wonder wow I wonder what she eats ( answer : nothing or not much lol).

So here is my "plan":

- no pasta, no rice, no flour, no sugar.

And that is it. 

No calorie limits, unlimited veggies, fruits, seeds, meat, seafood, dairies, oils, soy sauce etc...

 We will see how this round goes!
