Yesterday was my first day of Carb Cycling and I started out on low carb day.

 I think yesterday I ate more food then I normally would ever eat and I was not hungry until 8pm but around that time I am craving sweets. I wasn't sure if I was hungry just to be hungry or if it was my cravings that were kicking in so I made a vanilla greek yogurt and a scoop of protein powder small meal which I didn't like at all so I threw 1/2 of it out but managed to get down 1/2 of it. Which curbed the hunger a little bit.

 Yesterday I almost got to my 10,000 steps I was a little under but I worked out enough. Yesterday after work I went to the gym and did 20 mins on the elliptical at level 8-9 I did 2.28 miles and burned 238 kcal.

 I also did the hip reductions and in the morning did the mission and dog walk.

 Today I had time to do a longer dog walk so we walked around 2 blocks instead of one along doing a leg 9 min mission but I only got 6 mins done before I started sweating like crazy and I was in my work clothes so I stopped and cooled down.

 Tonight I have my trainer session for a 1/2 hours on legs and after if I am not sore enough I will probably do another 2 miles on the treadmill if I can feel my legs.

Today my goal is to get all 10,000 steps in, 1 hour at the gym, 1 hour son time, and staying low carb all day without breaking.

 I think I got this. Scratch that no more I think ...." I know I got this!!!!"
