Ok,  we are into 2015.  Last year I lost 40 pounds with the help of Fitbit, Dietbet, and exercise.  Now I am looking at my goals for 2015.  The best thing to do is to write them down here.  So here it  is goes.  I want to lose another 40 pounds in 2015.  I want to increse my running pace from 14:30 minute mile to 12:30 minute mile.  Yes, I am slow as turtles going through peanut butter.  I want to run the Ukrops Monument Avenue 10K from start to finish (no walking).  I want to decrease my waist and firm up my arms as much as my legs are firm now.  I want to think about the Richmond 1/2 Marathon Training Team in August. (Not making that commitment yet.)  

Now that have all this to look back at,  I can take on these goals.  Last year, I just wanted to be healthy.  This year I have a focus and a plan.  I know how hard it is going to be.  I know what it takes to do it.  Success will be mine.
