Why wait to start blogging? I've done pretty well since I started - submitted my first weigh-in on January 3 to Start Strong. I was cranky this past week about little upticks in my weight, and fell off the wagon on Friday and Sunday. Still, I have been dry more days (14) than I've had a drink (4), and I think that has helped so much in this weight loss. I'm using 21habit.com to keep me honest and motivated to break the habit of a nightly drink or 2 or 3.

And, I broke through that plauteau with a nice drop today.
