Walking and jogging seem to be the only thing that works for me too.... because once I get bored, I'm already far enough from home that I might as well keep going. I just haven't been able to stick with other workout programs. What to do indeed.

At least you have something that works. And thats something. There are lots of fun stimulating ways to exercise and challenge yourself. Think of it as a world of adventure for you to explore. You could write about your adventure here. Perspective may be the first step:)
