Sleep would help for sure! I find it difficult to get motivated in the winter - and I love to exercise! I find that I have to keep telling myself that if I don't get my butt moving, then it's going to keep growing and I'll gain back the weight I lost so far. I do NOT want that to happen! Good luck to you - you can do it!
