Binge eating has been killing me the last few days! I can be fine the whole day, get in my 1600 calories, but then by 8-9 pm I binge eat like 500+ calories. It's so frustrating, because I feel so horrible afterwards. And every time I have those few days where I binge, I get so frustrated and want to just give up everything about fitness. This is why I have so much trouble keeping up a healthy diet/fitness routine for more than a few weeks. Ugh. I don't know why I keep doing it, either. I want to not binge but that doesn't stop me from doing it every few weeks. Aaaaaghhhhhh.

Sign in to CommentIf you know 8-9pm if your snacking time, save some of your daily calories for that time of the evening. And just as importantly, have a healthy snack handy and prepared in advance, something that's good for you, but that you really enjoy, so that you feel rewarded and satisfied. That way you're prepared for your snack attack and are more likely not to grab less healthy options.

also try looking on google search eat shrink and be merry look on the website you will find plenty of stuff that you will love to eat and still good luck
