If you know 8-9pm if your snacking time, save some of your daily calories for that time of the evening. And just as importantly, have a healthy snack handy and prepared in advance, something that's good for you, but that you really enjoy, so that you feel rewarded and satisfied. That way you're prepared for your snack attack and are more likely not to grab less healthy options.
