Nice post. Time management is often a hurdle of a successful exercise program. It is one obstacle that sometimes defeats a lot of people. My advice is to get a program that you can do at home. While I go to the gym because my wife and kids like going there, I would be content at exercising at home. I spent some time in two branches of the military and never did I have to set a foot into the gym to be in great shape. I call our gym (LifeTime Fitness) "Friends University" lol. My wife started going there because her friends did. They would hang out and laugh and talk and use machines intermittently throughout their workout. It is also really nice and they have a few hot tubs and pools so in the summer it is great. I prefer getting up in the morning and throwing my T25 workout into the DVD player and working out at home. It is an amazing program in which I think they just updated? I have the older version, got it on Craig's List for $40. Maybe give that a try?
