Wow, awesome article. I'm famous for subbing veggies for other sides and ordering with no bun. I have found that most restaurants hate subbing veggies for fries or even giving me an extra slice of tomato instead of the bun! I always end up with this tiny, sorry looking meal compared to everyone else. Reading your article has made me realize that the other meals are sorry looking and I'm paying for a healthy meal and to feel good after it, instead of a meal that will leave me feeling sorry I ate it! I am a water drinker and it has helped me so much. getting rid of edema, which was really bad. Water helps me with my eating also. Thanks for sharing I will put that water on my night stand for morning consumption.

Thank you for this! "As you fight your body to shed pounds, your body fights you to keep them." I never thought about it like this. It does help!! I, too, am an everyday weigher. I haven't been seeing the progress I wanted the past couple of days, however, I lost 4.5lbs last week. I now see that it could be my body, fighting, since I lost so much last week, and not any failure of mine.
