Did I get into the cookies last night. I don't mean one or two. I mean eating like I was trying to undo my hard work. I won't get into how bad the number on the scale was this morning.

At least I know why. 

I was EXHAUSTED - I've been single parenting this week (I know, some people manage it all the time but I'm not one of them and thus ill conditioned for this).

So, this weekend is all about getting rested. Workouts are a bonus, but my #1 priority is eating well, drinking my water and resting up for week #2 of SP. 

Not giving up.
