Rest also helps you lose weight. I always lose the most weight when I get a full 7 hours. It's ok to slip up, as long as you switch it back up to good habits. We're not machines. I hope you enjoyed those cookies, and this weekend you enjoy some good rest and some yummy greens and healthy food. You've got this girl! Fortunately this month is a loooong month. Extra days to do the right thing!
