This past week has been difficult, and my weight has edged back up some, but I'm getting back in gear. Last night made cod & tomatoes/olives/mushrooms plus mashed cauliflower for dinner. (More like smashed cauliflower, as I was working with a hand masher, but it was pretty tasty!) And today did 30 min on stationary bike, then short weights circuit followed by 50 minutes on stationary bike.
