Yesterday was another lc day on turbo cycle :)  And I crushed it.  Not only did I do the insanity warm up, but I played on the wii for about 10 min, did my weighted hulla hoop for about 10 min, and finsihed off the evening with T25 Total body...which I can't do all of it due to my wrist. (I have a brace on my wrist currently because my ligaments are still stretched from my pregancy and wont go back until I'm done bf) :( Crazy body

However, this morning is a good day! HC....loving it.  I'm planning on doing 2 insanity warm ups and T25 lower body.  I want to get in some cardio today which is the reason for the warm ups.  So far today I've eaten 4 egg whites and 1/2 cup of old fashioned oatmeal.  

Planned thoughts for my morning snack: hmmm...ground beef with lettuce and a little taco seasoning with a sweet potato with cinnamon :)  

 

Excitment for the day: After reading Chris' book (1st one) on carb cycling it said to set a goal or a mission.  4 years ago when I lost weight from my first pregnancy my goal ironically enough to the last extreme weight loss was to do a back handspring again.  I got in phenomenal shape and joined gymnastics classes; however I have bad motion sickness and the harder I kept working on it I would also feel dizzy and get a headache, so this time I have set the goal to walk on my hands like I wanted to as a kid.  Within a few days of setting that goal Chris posted on facebook about a book to help with that.  So, I bought it :P  I'm excited because it comes in today.  Also, I bought a new air popcorn machine from amazon yesterday that should be here soon as well.

 

Today is good.  My reminders for the day are to work out, be happy, stay strong, love life!

 

Hmmm...I don't see spell check :P  I'm sure I'll have lots of errors, but when I journal I don't re-read my work.  Even though I'm an English teacher I believe journals should be spontanous and without editing :)
