
Greetings fellow Game mates,
So here we are, almost the end of January and deep into week two of this amazing supportive community of dietbetter's. Today for me was a total OFF day:-(
It is a tad sad, but I will not linger in the sadness but have to accept that this is how my body is dealing with getting use to the regiment of the past almost two weeks. Today everything is off. I slept in, because I was super tired, my food regiment was off and I ended up having a little bit more walnuts and popcorn that were not on my list.....yup a tad of self disciple slip but I hope that some how this is not that bad, or that I might just have to accept that my self-restrain can only last for 1 week & change.
So here is what I had that was not on my list, extra veggies, honey in my tea, tea itself and popcorn. I missed my morning meal, my mid day snack and my second snack. Truthfully I have not been hungry the whole day, and strangely I think it is my sheer desire as a foodie to want to try and taste everything!
So if anyone else out there experienced an "OFF" day, please share on what you do and how you deal with it!
