Greetings fellow dietbetter's. I had this sensesion to write something now that we are all entering week two and see if anyone else feels like I do....pooped! Yes, I know, I know some of you are starting to wonder about my diet and fitness regiment but I can assure you.....I LOVE FOOD:-) 

I eat on the clock (litteraly have my alarms programed to remind me and give me 15min heads up) so that I have my meals and snacks on time. How does my food timing intake look like? 

7:30 BK/10:30 snack/13:00 lunch/15:00 snack/18:00 dinner/20:00 snack

I calculate to have a 1300+ caloric intake per day. My activites are moderate and I do about 30-45 min of exersises 4 times a week. I will run on the treadmill (it is cold up hear for outoor running at the moment) and then some weights and body risistant training. 

This is day in and day out......I am reaching that point that I know I have to break through so that I can be on the next level, but while it is happening......so tiring. I am also noticing I am actually really thirsty!!! and yes, I am the one who bloged about not being able to drink water. Imagine that, when you are thursty how the 1L goes down quick??? ....It's a miracle water problem solved:-)
