if you are interested to have a lady only community, I just signed up for BuffMother.com website (still waiting my approval...as they really check only women get in their). Looking fwd to seeing what the Rally Room has to bring. At least all the hormonal fluctuation is explained and how to adapt your diet, your exercises and mindset depending on your monthly tides is explained...I really enjoyed reading the e-book this week-end. I am looking fwd to applying this more strategically that what I used to do (just following what my body said during Ladie's holidays , then bust it until right after ovulation, more or less) I will give it a go for 3 months and see if this can be applied for a lifetime ;)

I exactly know how you're feeling! The first week was surprinsingly good, but now that we're on the second one...well, as you said, it is tiring passing through this "check point" (to say it somehow). I find myself with more cravings and a little bit more tired of the food I have to eat. But hey, until now I've done great! Not a single mistake! So I'm remembering this everytime the "bad mood" arrives :p. I'm also stuck in my 1kg lost but no more. So I decided to stop weighting myself until next week and see what happens. I need to remember I have 3 remaining weeks to loose 1,5kg, so it's ok.I hope this mood changes in a few days!!Have a great day :)

I was really tired between days 4-7, and hungry more often. Now that we're in the second week, my body seems to be adjusting, feeling more full on less food. Everyone's different, so maybe you will adjust after another week!

My water intake for today was about 3 cups. I have also struggled with consuming more water. I've tried several things like adding lemon and setting aside a certain amount to be drank by a certain time, I even tried to be like those people that carry around a jug of water everywhere they go and huge fail for me, I'm still laughing about that, but like you I'm also a tea drinker so I'm going to follow your tip of the day! I hear you Crystal! Thank you for the jug of water vision, I have soooo done the same with no success! LOL! Let me know how the flavoured hot water goes! I was exited to see I did 5 cups like it was nothing. A little mint or lemon, I might try a slice of orange tomorrow:-)

So for me it's a little bit different, but I must say I'm very lucky...I only drink water! No soda, coke, alcohol, coffee or anything you can imagine...well yes, orange juice (but after that I need to drink a glass of water).I can imagine it must be very hard to drink something you're not used to...I don't know what I would do if I had to drink coke or any other drink :sGood luck and cheers!
