Hello fellow community dietbetters. I have not written in a while. It has been a really trying last two weeks. I have been going so well and steady for the first week, then came the moon time. It got me thinking that maybe there should be a women only dietbet? I watched in horror as my scale went up 4 days in a row by a whooping 7lb??? I was like "Nooooo", and it was really hard to stay on course with the diet, as the results in your face were so less then satisfying.

Thanks to my awesome friends, despite the crazy day after day of gain, it all dissipated 5 days later...however, I was left at the same 170lb start as 5 days prior! I felt I was robbed a week, so instead of folding the towel, I started to go harder. Best way to work off the calories is to sweat it out. So long 45 min jogs on the treadmill. I was determiend to break the 170 point! Hearing others with such sweet success really aided my self-push. All seemed well till Thursday the 12th of Feb. I went to a restaurant with a friend and totally got food poisoning! I was out for two day! It was awful!

So why call this article tides of change???...Well during the past two weeks I have not been looking at my scale too much and now in the past two day's, with good water, food and exercise, I am back in business! The steady progress is back on!!! .... Very exiting and no matter what the outcome, I have the AWESOME DIET-BET community game to thank! You really have helped me kick-start my January on my way to my long-term weight lost goal and I brock the 170!!!! Whoot Whoot!! 

 

P.S I still think that ladies only should have their own dietbetts.... just saying:-)
