Alrighty. So weighed in and everything and I gotta say, I'm bummed out to see that my weight had gone back up to 230 pounds. I was a 213 last summer... and I just gained it all back. But no use in being saddened by it but use it as a motivation to move forward with a positive look on what you are trying to achieve. I have a family history of Diabetes and Two years ago my mom was diagnosed with type 2. That being said, I'm trying to to change my habits for better and not just for this challenge but the rest of my life. I can't keep giving myself excuses and just relapse into old habits. I want to feel good and live a good life and well, that includes healthy habits. As an outcome in the future, it wouldn't hurt to look sexy, but thats not my main reason. hahaha
Also, it would be good to be able to fight off and run from any zombies if the Zombie Apocolypse ever happens.

I did my circut training along with 20 minutes of HIIT.
