Well, its been a crazy 3 weeks and starting the final week. Eating habits have changed but its been hard, especially when it came to breads and late night snacking since I work late nights. I've cut bread almost entirely out. I've had three days total where I had food with bread but boy oh boy, I had no idea just cutting bread would be such a hard thing to do! I've also portioned my meals and chose to snack as healthy as possible. But Its almost here. This is the last stretch and I'm going to give it everything I've got! I've stepped up cardio and my weight training. I hope there is enough change to see. I know it wont be as significant as I want it to be but all that comes with time, patience, and perseverance. When the bet is over I won't be. I'll keep going, maybe join another bet. But I have goals I need to meet outside of this bet. Here is to the last week. Here is to the hard work. Here is to the future and working towards it with better health.
