Well, I finished! My final weigh in was 218.2. My goal was to reach 220 lbs and I surpassed it. It wasn't easy and its still yet to get any easier. I dropped 11 pounds in a month. I have hit the treadmills, bicycles, elipticals, and bleachers for my cardio. I've ranged from distant steady pace to interval sprints. I hit the weights as hard as I can varying from heavy days to light days. Hell, I was able to bench 230lbs!!! I can say it is more than my weight. I threw in some routines going from high reps to low reps, barbell complexes, body weight high intesity workouts.
My food habits have gotten better but the cravings still come in. I'm trying to satisfy my sweet tooth with fruits and fruit smooties. Keva Juice rocks!!!!!!!
Its been a hard month but its not over. The game might be but I need to drop more weight. My goal is 190. If I can keep this up then I can surely do so!!!!! I want to and need to!!!!
If any of you are reading, I wish you the best of luck in your games and off. I've learned a lot on what excercise and good healthy habits can do for the long run. Give it your all and I'll be right there giving it my all as well. :D
