I have a week till the bet starts. I'm still going to keep working out before the bet starts. I'm working on not eatingout so much so that i can 1. Save money and 2. know what to buy for healthy eating habits.
I'm portioning myself in what I eat as well as choosing healthy snacks, such as apples, bananas, and oranges.
In the gym I've been working on HIIT's workouts. Those will kick your ass. They kick my ass.
Switching between Light Days and Heavy Days.
Light days have smaller rest periods and high reps and heavy days tend to have lower reps and higher rest periods.
I know this is still going to be tuff, even though I have lost weight since the last time I weighed myself but also for the fact that I'm lifter weights and though I might loose my fat, its a little easy for me to gain more muscle mass, which can and will effect weight. Hopefully the pictures will help me out in seeing that My body has changed.
This is my first time making a bit with friends but this is going to be a great start to not dieting, but starting healthier habits for the future.
