Hi Amy! Congrats on the weight loss! You can do this! Stay engaged with the group, check in everyday and read, comment, it really helps you remember what you are doing and why. Start small is a great plan, and congratulate yourself for small achievements - something like a fitbit can help you see when you've made a small extra effort, counting steps has really motivated me to move just a bit more each day.
