Down in mood, but up in weight. Just a tad, and I've been careless with logging the last couple days. Didn't even exercise yesterday, even at home. But it was a day of errands, driving here and there. Well, that's done. 

Today I've started off well by logging a reasonable breakfast (slice of my husband's wonderful sourdough bread, tablespoon of butter, slice of turkey) and logging 3 14-ounce glasses of water. (Yes, I measured our glasses and now I use the same one - or same type, anyway - for my water through the day when I'm home.) And as soon as S gets home, I will be off to the Senior Center for weights and cardio. On my way to up in mood and down in weight!
