And so the yo yo continues ... Granted I am down. I was 132 when I got back from San Francisco in December and am now at 125.7. But still how did I even gain so much weight in the first place anyway? Of course the more you eat, the more you're used to eating. I remember days not too long ago where I never even got as high as 125, even with 'cheating'.

Struggling with the balance to keep it going down. Just focusing on that my next cheats are only in March, both more than a month away. Hopefully this will help me stay on track.
