You're doing great! Any change of habit is about first stopping/interrupting the old habitual response and making a hard choice and following through. That can be challenging for a good long while. I am finding that if I plan every meal and snack I don't think as much, since there are no day-to-day choices. It's just "eat what is on the plan" and nothing more and nothing less. It's when I start to wing it that I find it's harder - I have to engage the stop and choose then - it's not easy!. Exercise is definitely tougher for me, though. Even my workout calendar plan doesn't keep me from straying. Keep up your good work - you'll find the strategy that works best for you and then it will get easier!

Yes that is so true. Yesterday was horrible through and I started this morning out bad. But I got my resolve back. I am such an emotional eater and yesterday I went over the top with home issues. It is the 1st time since starting this I just really binged. Though I was only at 2031 calories, it still put me over. I remember when binging was 5000+ calories for the day. So even my biging is getting better. :)

That is something! I hear you! I'm in the same boat. I felt awful last night after a cookie/chocolate binge, but after accounting for it in my fitness pal, it was under 2300, which is fewer calories than I'd eat on a regular, non-binge day in the past. It's all steps.
