Well, of course the day I return my workout to the great outdoors it is cold and drizzly.
Yesterday I finished my 30 day shred. I did take Sundays off and a week off due to the flu. BUT I did 10 days of each level. I think the 1st level was the hardest.
Since January 7 I have lost 9.7 lbs - yeah!
Since I began this dietbet I have lost 3.9 lbs and I have 21 more days of this bet and I am determined to win it with 2.8 lbs to go, I know I CAN AND WILL DO IT. AND after that I will continue on to get to my 140 lb goal.
Indeed this bet isn't easy, 4% loss in 4 weeks seems reasonble if you just have a bit to lose but when you have 20 + lbs to lose it is harder because then you have to jump over the obstacle of loosing MORE than 1 lb a week but so far so good.
Back to the exercise report. I went outside at noon and did an interval powerwalk, walking 5 minutes jogging one minute. I did this for 60 minutes and completed 4.47 miles - yeah me.
Tomorrow I will figure out what exercises I got from Jillian's video that I think worked the best and do those in intervals. I do need to get some heavier weights.
