So this is my first time on diet bet and the first time I've felt like I need to lean on complete strangers for strength. Also, the first blog post, ever (sorry if it sucks). Last year I lost 30+ lbs, but had gained most of it back after a bad break up (cliche, I know).
Anyways I'm doing much of the same things I did last time to lose the weight. I make protein smoothies as meal replacements in the mornings. I try to count calories for daily budgets but sometimes I just need that piece (or whole bar) of chocolate. I do cardio at the gym 3-4 times a week, but usually it's pretty boring. I do an at-Home Pilates class the mornings I'm not busy.
My problem is that the scale (a super smart scale that reads body fat, water weight and muscle mass) is not going down! It stays the same or even goes up slightly. You guys are posting your unofficial weigh ins and I haven't lost anything. According to diet bet I've gained .6 lbs. It's even more fustrating because I feel a difference! I can see a (small) difference in my own body. But the super smart scale won't change
