First of all great job on being here, and for posting our thoughts. To me each of those 2 things were steps in my journey. I found that the moment I made a few changes I started seeing big results. i.e. can you replace that protein shake with a whole food? can you go outside for your cardio and use the gym for the other benefits they provide? Can you replace the chocolate for another more healthy option to get your sweet on? great questions to ask. Finally drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces of good water daily, water is sacred and will cleanse and heal your body.
