I agree with Travis....switch up your workouts, add some strength training, eat whole food & drink the water. I can't explain it but sometimes we need to kickstart our metabolism. It gets used to what we're eating and our workouts, so a change helps, sometimes. I love my sweets & struggle most at night with wanting sweets. I'm trying to drink water or eat an orange or apple instead. (Cut an apple in quarters, cover in a bowl with water, and zap it for a minute or two. Drain it & add a touch of cinnamon. It's like apple pie, which isn't chocolate, but fools my sweettooth). I feel your pain, having lost 30 pounds last year and gaining it all back in about 2 months (due to laziness)...so I'm in start-up mode now, too. Write down (yuck, I hate writing down) what you eat for a week. Maybe you're forgetting a nibble here or there and it adds up. We didn't gain the weight in a day, so we won't lose it in a day, but with determination, we can do this!
