Today was a good day. I started kind of tired. I don't know why because I definitely got enough sleep maybe it was because I'm eating healthier. Well today I had my cheat meal. I let loose in other words. I'm proud of myself because I only had two glasses of wine. Also most of what I are was vegetables and chicken. 

Day 5 

Nutrition:

  • Breakfast: clean egg muffin, milk
  • Lunch: potato gratin, broccoli, soup, strawberries 
  • Dinner: cheese mochi, chicken skewers, Cesar salad, cabbage, sangria, wine, dumplings 
  • snacks: protien shake, pineapple 

Water: 3 liters

Sleep: 7 hours 

Excercise: 17000 steps, jog/walk
