My body has been fluctuating between gaining and losing a pound and I sound like a broken record because this has happened before.

I have a feeling that because I didn't have as much control the last two days on my lunch meals (catered for important meetings), I could have taken in more calories and/or increased my salt intake. I have felt bloated the last couple days.

With a little over a week left in my Dietbet, it's crunch time! I still plan to do my daily yoga, but I will likely do more HIIT and cardio. I also plan to increase my tea intake and add more detox water (in addition to aiming for 100 fluid ounces daily). I won't be drinking alcohol so that should help. And lastly, I will record all that I eat. I will be aiming for a large amount of fruits and veggies and cut back on processed foods. I will likely add beans, eggs, and tofu to my diet and round it out with greek yogurt for protein.
