Okay, yesterday was an easy day for exercise. I felt like dirt too. The night before last one of our boys was having a major melt down. So we spent a lot of time helping him out. I did not get on the treadmill. I am good with that. I did do the ab-challenge and felt very energetic. In the post the other day I said I was going to let my body rest for a day from the ab-challenge yesterday. BAD MOVE. I should have just did the challenge. I did get on the treadmill, but I didn't even push myself. I walked for an hour. I did the program and then I walked at a slow pace for another 30 minutes. I was SO extremely tired after that I even asked my kids to take a nap so I could get a bit of rest. 

So with that being said, until I have lost weight and I am at a "HEALTHY" weight I am not going to be "takin' it easy" anymore. Today I push through and I WILL go harder on the treadmill. I will do my ab-challenge of 95 sit-ups, 140 crunches, 55 leg raises, and 10 pushups. 

I have set a goal and now I NEED to reach that goal.
