Thanks for the inspiration Antonia! Today is my first DietBet day. My goals are to not eat sugar one day at a time, to not weigh myself excessively, to not snack in the evening, to plan for 'dangerous' events, and to go to bed a little bit hungry. I've started doing plain Greek yogurt with raw local honey and strawberries and raspberries. So yummy! I'm going to get some granola to add so I have a variety.
