So this weekend was kind of good, kind of bad. I started off my day with an Egg McMuffin a hashbrown and coffee. Not the best start to my day but the people that I was with last night really wanted to go there. Then I got home went food shooping for the week. That was good. Spent less than 70 dollars yay me.

Then for snack I had gorgonzola cheese, ham, and cucumbers. I felt great. I was making good decisions! Finally. Then I had dinner with friends. We had salad, homemade fried chicken and bread. The bread was declious and so was the chicken. I would defitely categorize it as a balanced meal. And then it all went downhill from there. Why you ask? Because I began to drink. How much you ask? Well I'm pretty sure I downed a whole bottle of red wine and had an extra two-three drinks at the club. I really enjoying clubbing. Like a lot. I'm still sore as I write this lol. But drinking leads me to not care at all about what I eat or put into my body. We went to McDonalds after. I'm pretty sure I had another egg mcmuffin and hashbrown. And in my druken suptor ate a slice of bread when I left there.

Then I went to sleep at a friends house. Woke up and she suggested we eat Indian. i should have probably said no but I agreed to go anyway. So I went got chicken, curry and a naan. Now I didn't think I behaved that badly you know? I got home and I literally slept from 4 PM to 4 AM because I was that exhuasted. So I go to step on the scale and guess what it said? It said that I had gained a kilogram. I wasn't distraught but I was dissapointed because I thought I was headed in the right direction you know? It's clear that for now at least I should stay away from activities that I am going to drink alcohol in. I really want to win this. I will not dissapoint myself again. 

Day 6

  • Dinner: Salad, fried chicken, homemade bread
  • After 7PM: 1 bottle of cabernet savignon, 3 mixed drinks, egg mcmuffin, hashbrown
