I cringe when I see myself in pics & started avoiding being in them......but then regret it when I reflect & don't see me in the family pics b/c I was too embarrassed
I also hated the mirror....it's funny how I thought if I didn't look....it would just go away.....but others still see it even if I don't want to look.
I'm finally facing reality...not hiding anymore, being honest with myself & others....letting you in....& you know what.....I'm feeling better about myself ;))) ....liking the whole me again ;)
I love DB.... Not only am I succeeding , but I'm learning from others blogs....I'm not alone, we all feel the same ...& no matter what brought us here,....were gonna become happier, healthier versions of ourselves together ;)))
