Good morning, 

 

Finally recovering - I had a good day Friday but then ended up with an intense stomach bug.  It's Sunday morning, I haven't eaten successfully since Friday night, I'm getting a bit grumpy about it!  On the bright side, my weight is way down - although not for good reasons and of course I'll go up once I get back to normal.  I hit 138, my goal weight for the game, but I'm thinking I'll be around 140 once I get better. Which is good, I only want to lose weight by healthy means!  I'm just fantasizing about eating real food right now - I'm feeling ambitious, maybe I can handle some chicken soup this afternoon. 

 

Saturday

Sleep 6.5

Walk 1.4 (in the early morning, getting home)

Lemon water, matcha tea

Friday

Sleep 6.5

Walk 3.5, yoga class

Lemon water, green tea

Green smoothie

2 tbsp peanut butter

6 green teas, oolong tea

Pickled veggies

Kombucha

Dig Inn - organic beef, broccoli, Brussels sprouts

Coffee

2 mini cucumbers, half a pack of wasabi seaweed

Coffee

Protein powder and water (delicious dinner on the go, ugh)

Maté tea

4-5 bites of steak over rice
