Yes, I like Disney quotes. So day 1 is over. At least here in western europe (CET). Everything went pretty well so far. Had my oatmeal and low fat yoghurt for breakfast, this time with an apple (~350kcal). I actually could get used to this.

For lunch I made some pasta (100gr.) with two scrambled eggs and 2 slices of ham (~650kcal). You might have noticed, I'm not a huge fan of no-carb/low-carb diets. :D It tasted better than it looks. One good side effect of this whole thing is, that I force myself to "cook" something. I know, it's not really cooking, and I'm a pretty lousy cook, but at least it is a first step and an improvement from sitting on the couch and ordering pizza.

And for dinner I made a salad with pretty much all I had left in the fridge (it wasn't that much^^). Some lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, sweet pepper, a little bit of feta cheese (30gr.) and some sunflower seeds (~400kcal). I also "snacked" an orange and a hardboiled egg in between meals (250kcal).

Daily sin: 20gr. of gummi bears (70kcal). Those were just 8(!). It's a huge difference, when you're used to eat a whole pack. You can't imagine how hard it is, to open a pack, eat a little bit and then put the pack away. Well, maybe YOU guys are the ones that can imagine. :D Whatever, I just didn't want to fail on day 1. :) I know I have a sweet tooth, and I know if I would go without sweets for 4 weeks, I would be shoving them in again when this dietbet is over. So I will try to find a reasonable way to include them in my daily diet. My actual plan so far: less than 100kcal a day for sweets.

calorie total: ~1720kcal

Not a whole lot of exercise today. Just had table tennis practice today. This actually burns more calories than you might think, but still. Also forgot my pedometer in my pants from yesterday. :/
