...You find the fun and—snap!—the job’s a game!” (Mary Poppins)

Why the title? I realised today how well this Disney quote fits to my/our current situation. It is so super important to find the fun part in everything your doing. Especially if it's something you don't like doing very much.

Working out for instance! :)

Just a piece of advice what worked for me. Try out as much as possible until you find something you like (or at least don't hate^^). For me personally, this is running (and all kinds of ball sports, but you can go for a run for yourself, being independant from anybody else). I don't like swimming too much, I hate riding a bike, weight training annoys me pretty quickly and I simply can not dance for the life of me (Zumba and stuff...seriously, I still don't get how you be really coordinated with your hands and feet when any kind of ball is involved, and so uncoordinated while "dancing" :D).
I think it is really important to find something you can do with at least a little bit of pleasure, because if you choose to exercise just to burn calories while it is just agonizing the whole time, you will eventually stop sooner or later.

For me personally, everything is going pretty well so far. Ran 5.6km today, wasn't hungry the whole day (which never happens), probably just ate 1200-1400kcal today and I'm looking forward to the weekend.

Daily Sin: none! (0kcal)

I'm wondering if I should join the Jillian Michaels dietbet on top of this one. I'm still undecided.
