Every single time I start a life style change I always manage to full off the bandwagon. I'm not entirely sure what it is about starting a diet that makes me last two days and then thats it for another few weeks.
When I was at high school I was so good! I knew to handle my sweet cravings (Now I just let me sweet tooth run wild) I knew to exercise most days and would do Zumba which I loved! It was my favourite part of the day. It mean't for 50 minutes I could just dance my little heart out. I also knew how to eat good wholesome food.
Just before I moved out of home, when I got my first job working at quite a prominant fast food chain (Of the "healthy" variety) is when I started packing on the weight. And then when I started flatting is when I lost all control of my weight. I don't know what it is. I blame he sugar and poor choices.
Now I have finally decided it is time for a change and if this doesn't work I don't know what will since I could potentially lose hundreds of dollars.
