Great post. So many people would say "yes, me too!" You have a good foundation - you know what it feels like to enjoy exercise and eat well. It is all about developing healthy habits (and kicking a sugar addiction if you have one - sugar is addictive like a drug!) - once you "get around the corner", the habits tend to stick. You can do this!
