I haven't written for a couple of days.  Writing helps keep me on track better.  I'm sitting and eating cantaloupe and grapes and decided now would be a good time to check in.  I have a habit that I need to break.  I always want, and usually have, a snack after my evening workout. At least it's fruit tonight.  But what good does it do to workout (aquatic exercise) when you turn around and eat all the calories back.  Maybe I need to set up something like I have to drink a large glass of water after the pool before I can eat anything.  Then maybe I won't want to eat anything.  I'll have to work on that.
