Hi MJD,I ran across your post in a group I just joined, and thought I'd drop a quick note. Congratulations on your 30 pound weight loss! Today is my 2nd day in the two contests I joined. One is a quick start and the other runs until the end of April . I'm excited about this interesting way of losing weight! Have you found this to be a helpful way to lose weight?Cathy

While I'd love to see you in another one of my games, if you are looking for more activity the higher player games have more. There are some games that end up with 500-1000+ players, and in those there is more conversation due to the bigger size. You never know when those games will come up though so you have to watch for them.

You can play in up to 3 games at a time, so you could join another one now and overlap the games, or play 3 that all start & end on the same date.

Best wishes in your weight loss journey!

I've heard that a good protein is an excellent way to follow up a good workout. Your body craves it and burns it quickly. Don't feel bad that you're responding to that bodily need. Just think about a healthy choice. (And water is always a good accompaniment.

Thank you so much for the information.
