I've heard that a good protein is an excellent way to follow up a good workout. Your body craves it and burns it quickly. Don't feel bad that you're responding to that bodily need. Just think about a healthy choice. (And water is always a good accompaniment.

I am so proud of you for not going back for seconds!! I am so impressed by that! That is definitely a victory. Thank you for sharing :) I have the same problem where I think I can handle certain foods and then after a few bites I just give up and eat it all. sigh! Something to work on. :)
