I weighed in at 159.1 this morning. It is an important number for me because it is where I stopped in 2011 when I started losing weight the first time (35 pounds). I've now lost 51 pounds in this journey, and I don't see why I thought 159 was an appropriate stopping point last time. For my frame, I've still got about 15-20 pounds I could lose, but I only have four more pounds to go before I reach my first goal of 155. At 155, I will finally be in the "normal" range of weight for someone of my height. I'll also be the same weight I was when I was about to be a sophomore in college.

I want to crush her. I'm now ten years older than my sophomore-in-college self, and I want to embrace this and evolve my body further.
