Just a short update today. I haven't worked out yesterday. Didn't feel like doing anything actually. I did the laundry and then spent most of the afternoon/evening on the couch watching movies. Not very productive. At least I was very diciplined regarding my meals.
Today I had a game...we lost. Boo-hoo. :D
It was the birthday of a player of my club and she brouht three big plates with canapés. I resisted for as long as I could and eventually ate three. I mean just three tiny bits, not the whole three plates, which I'm pretty proud of.
I feel tired and lazy. I have a little bit of a headache and I'm hungry right now. I mean REALLY hungry. So this is one of these moments where I'd usually order pizza and would have some sweets for "desert".
BUT I WON'T!
This is my new "therapy". Whenever I feel like eating a bunch of crap, I will turn on my laptop and write something first. This hopefully gives me enough guilty conscience to not do it at all. :D
