I got this book with just a click. Very interesting information. I am finding what works for some doesn't necessarily work for me. So I been reading everything I can. I been sugar free for 3 months hard 6 months in all. My cheat meals never includes anything sweet maybe bread but I usually only eat half or less. we will see

Bread is my thing too. I crave brioche, multi-grain, sourdough, oh my. But alas, when I have the opportunity to eat them, it's just a nibble, which is usually enough.
