Feeling thirsty all the time despite drinking lots of water can be a sign of diabetes, so it might be good to bring it up with a doctor if you haven't had that checked in a while. That said, I'm the same way, and my blood sugars are normal. I mainly stick to water anyway (cause it's free), but I find that coconut water does the best job at making me feel hydrated. It has electrolytes, so that helps - it's basically nature's Gatorade. You might want to give it a try? (Check the ingredients, there should be no sugar or anything added.) Plain coconut water is very easy to find here, even the dollar store carries it. Hope this helps : )

I had a morning like that myself. I definitely made the wrong choice with dinner last night, plus I hurt my knee so I did nothing but lounge on the couch last night with an ice pack. Today is a whole new day!! ;o)

Love your date night! When my dh were first married--and for the first four years before dd was born, spent our dates on the golf course. We had a blast outside together and 19 years later it's still a perfect date. Thanks for reminding me! For great recipes, check out the sparkpeople recipe app. I have yet to find one I didn't like!

Ashley

I took your tip and have checked out the website - there will be some new things hitting our dinner table soon! Thank you!

Sounds like quite a challenge for a Baker, but you can do this.

I have an answer for the m&ms--garbage. Empty the bag into that trash can and be done with it! In the meantime, the next time you go to the store to buy ingredients for your baking, buy snacks you enjoy or want to try. One fun suggestion which may be new to you is Kale chips. Get a big bunch of kale, break up into chip sizes, coat lightly in olive oil, season with favorite seasonings, and bake. Delicious REALLY. No one in my family can resist them! Google it! And good luck!

I drink vanilla flavored unsweetened almond milk. It's surprisingly good and a great alternative to regular milk - - I think I have become slightly lactose intolerant over the past few years. :(

I was a huge diet coke drinker too 4-5 a day. Now after three monthe of 64+ oz water \ day,I'm able to drink maybe one a week and I'm ok. But like others, I still get coffee for my daily caffeine. I wish I had another alternative to suggest. Good luck!

Thanks for the tip. Love the guy, but he is rarely willing to try new things. I should probably stop telling him what ingredients are involved when I try something new. :)

Fun post! Hope your breakfast was good.

There was a small fruit salad nestled in between what seemed to be mounds of cinnamon rolls and biscotti. I opted for just the fruit... and a spoonful of natural peanut butter for some protein. Success!
