Bad news first: I think my pedometer is lost...for good. :( I think I'll just have to buy a new one.
Yesterday was a rest day exercise-wise, so I didn't burn a lot of calories. On top of that it was one of those days were you're just hungry all the time. Do you know these? In general, I don't have huge problems to follow my diet, but from time to time there are single days, where I feel like I could eat 3-5K kcal (and I probably could), up to a point where I can't fall asleep in the evening because I feel so hungry. So I had a calorie surplus for sure, BUT I did not have a surplus on junk food. My "daily sin" was just 30gr. of gummi bears (100kcal), and everything else was pretty healthy stuff. Throughout the day, I snacked 2 apples, 2 oranges, a banana, a can of tuna (no oil), a whole-grain bread roll with cottage cheese and ham, a bowl of apple puree and a joghurt. All in all, I had roughly 2500 kcal for the day, while burning close to nothing.
Today I had to run again, so there was no way I could possibly starve myself to death to "make up for yesterday". I need energy to perform, so I had some scrambled eggs for breakfast and a nice piece of cod fish (120gr.) with some pasta (100gr.) and vegetables (300gr.) for lunch. On top of that I drank more water (I think not drinking enough might have been one mistake yesterday).
And then, in the evening this happend:

Booyah! :D Longest distance sor far AND fastest pace so far. When I started I didn't feel too great, but after 15 minutes or so, I was "in the zone" and then I just went. I am really happy. :)
"Daily sin": 50gr. of jelly beans (175 kcal).

I don't think it's possible for any human to not eat the whole 50gr. pack once you've opened it. Haha.
Calorie total for the day: ~1800 kcal.
