Hungry for Change was a pretty good documentary, though I pretty much already knew everything it talked about thanks to the research I'd already done in previous years. Pretty much everything in that documentary is talked about in Jon Gabriel's book "The Gabriel Method."


I'm hungry for information now and wanting to understand how and why my body is responding the way it does. I want a permanent change and I believe knowledge is powerful in use. Lol
