When I broke my ankle I thought this DB was a lost cause, but I was wrong.  I haven't gotten on the scale for a few days because of my boot, but I think I might have this.  I don't want to risk standing on the scale without my boot any more times than needed, so I won't really know until next week.


I found several good chair work outs on line, not the same as running, but enough to get my heartrate up and burn calories.  I was  pleasantly surprised by the number of work out options I have. 


My eating has been 100% on track, and I plan to stay that way. I am looking for my next DB, so send me some links for the ones you are in so I can join and you will get credit.
